Turnaround Specialist
Candidate should be a qualified turnaround professional / CFO who currently operates or has worked as a turnaround consultant with direct experience in special situations.
Proven experience and ability would ideally include:
- Demonstrated ability to undertake rapid viability assessments and lead complex turnaround engagements
- Hands-on ability to undertake quantitative analysis (e.g. creation of 13 week rolling cash flow forecast, integrated financial projections, etc)
- Proven track record of turnaround work in diverse industries
- History of leading restructurings, liquidations and sales of businesses
Successful candidates will have knowledge in a broad range of services, and will likely bring relationships with key constituents in the market.
Analyst
Calpe Group is looking for an Analyst with the following qualifications:
- Financial or accounting background
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with quick turn-around time
- Some work experience, working towards an MBA or CFA a plus
- Understanding of:
- Investment analytic methodologies
- Portfolio analysis
- Risk profiling
- Statistical analysis
- Micro/macro economics
Candidate must possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
